Nasha chhodna mushkil lag sakta hai, lekin sahi tareeke se ye kaafi aasan ho sakta hai. Aap bas chhote steps follow karein:

1. Chhota Goal Set Karein

Ek hi din me poora chhodne ki jagah dheere-dheere kam karein.
Jaise:

  • Aaj 25% kam

  • 3 din me 50% kam

  • 1 hafte me band

2. Delay Technique Use Karein

Jab nasha karne ka mann kare, turant mat karein.
Khud se bolen: “10 minute baad”
Aksar craving apne aap kam ho jaati hai.

3. Paani aur Snacks ka Use Karein

Craving aate hi:

  • Thanda paani piyein

  • Fruit ya chewing gum lein

Isse mind divert hota hai.

4. Environment Change Karein

Jahaan aap nasha karte hain, un jagahon aur logon se thodi doori banayein.
Ye sabse powerful tareeka hai.

5. Khud Ko Busy Rakhein

  • Walk ya exercise karein

  • Push-ups, running ya yoga

  • Mobile par kuch productive dekhein

Jitna busy rahenge, utna kam mann karega.

6. Trigger Samjhein

Note karein ki kab nasha karne ka mann karta hai:

  • Stress me

  • Akelepan me

  • Doston ke saath

7. Khud Ko Reward Dein

Har din bina nasha ke rehne par khud ko reward dein
(Jaise favourite food ya movie)

Pehle 5–10 din thode tough hote hain, lekin uske baad control aasan ho jata hai.
